1. Introduction

Arjuna Group (“Arjuna Group,” “ArjunaGroup.in,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides global email solutions and related technology services to businesses, agencies, SaaS companies, individuals, resellers, and white-label partners.

Our services may include email infrastructure, SMTP services, dedicated email servers, managed email hosting, email marketing and campaign management, IP warmup, domain warmup, email warmup, email verification, mailing-list cleaning, email deliverability consulting, software, APIs, online tools, training, technical support, and related professional services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests, refund requests, billing disputes, and service termination are handled.

The applicable terms may depend on the service purchased, the agreed payment arrangement, the stage of service delivery, and any separate written agreement, quotation, or order form.

By purchasing a service from Arjuna Group, you agree to the applicable refund and cancellation terms, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right, statutory refund entitlement, or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Arjuna Group through our website, business communications, quotations, invoices, or other authorized sales channels.

It may cover:

  • SMTP and email infrastructure services.

  • Dedicated email servers and managed email hosting.

  • Email marketing and campaign management.

  • IP, domain, and email warmup services.

  • Email verification and mailing-list cleaning.

  • Email deliverability audits and consulting.

  • Software, API access, and online tools.

  • Training, implementation, and technical support.

  • Reseller, agency, and white-label arrangements.

  • Other services expressly provided by Arjuna Group.

Where a separate written agreement establishes specific cancellation, refund, renewal, or service-credit conditions, that agreement will apply to the relevant service to the extent stated in its terms and permitted by law.

3. General Refund Principles

Refund eligibility is assessed according to the service purchased, the agreed scope of work, the payment terms, the extent of service delivery, and applicable law.

A payment does not automatically become refundable simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the service, or does not achieve the expected commercial outcome.

Likewise, Arjuna Group will not deny a refund or other remedy where the customer is legally entitled to it.

Before purchasing a service, customers should review the service description, quotation, deliverables, payment schedule, renewal terms, and any applicable service-specific refund conditions.

If a refund entitlement is not expressly specified, customers may contact us to request a review of their circumstances.

4. Refunds for Email Infrastructure and SMTP Services

Email infrastructure services may involve server allocation, IP address assignment, technical configuration, account setup, licensing, provisioning, third-party costs, and ongoing operational resources.

Refund eligibility for SMTP services, dedicated email servers, and managed email hosting may therefore depend on the nature of the service and the work already completed.

When assessing a refund request, we may consider:

  • Whether the service has been provisioned or activated.

  • Whether the customer has received access to the service.

  • Whether technical configuration or implementation has begun.

  • Whether third-party or non-recoverable costs have been incurred.

  • Whether the service materially differs from the agreed specifications.

  • Whether a service failure or other circumstance gives rise to a refund or remedy under the applicable agreement or law.

Customers who encounter a technical problem should contact us with sufficient details to allow investigation and troubleshooting.

If a service cannot be provided as agreed, we will assess the issue and any appropriate remedy according to the relevant contract and applicable law.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because an email server, IP address, or SMTP service does not produce a particular deliverability result.

5. Refunds for IP Warmup, Domain Warmup, and Email Warmup

Warmup services are intended to support sending practices and may help customers work toward improved sender reputation and deliverability.

However, deliverability outcomes depend on multiple factors, including IP and domain history, recipient engagement, sending patterns, authentication, list quality, spam complaints, and receiving-provider policies.

We do not guarantee a specific inbox placement rate, sender reputation score, delivery rate, or removal from a blacklist unless an applicable written agreement expressly establishes a specific commitment.

Refund requests for warmup services will be assessed in light of the agreed service scope, work performed, service availability, any applicable written guarantee, and mandatory legal rights.

A failure to achieve an anticipated reputation or deliverability outcome does not, by itself, establish that the service was not provided as agreed.

If a warmup service was not activated, was materially different from the agreed service, or could not be delivered as contracted, customers may contact us to request a review.

6. Refunds for Email Verification and Mailing-List Cleaning

Email verification and mailing-list cleaning services evaluate available technical information and signals at the time of processing.

Results may change because mailboxes, DNS records, receiving systems, and provider configurations can change over time.

Verification does not guarantee that an address belongs to a particular person, that the recipient has consented to marketing, or that a message will be accepted or delivered.

Refund requests concerning verification or list-cleaning services will be assessed according to the agreed scope, processing status, accuracy requirements expressly agreed for the service, and applicable law.

If a technical problem prevents the agreed service from being performed, customers should contact us with the relevant order details, sample results, and supporting information.

A result that differs from a customer's expectation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the applicable agreement or law provides otherwise.

7. Refunds for Email Marketing and Campaign Management

Email marketing and campaign management services may involve planning, configuration, campaign preparation, recipient-list processing, testing, scheduling, sending, reporting, and technical support.

Refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the campaign and the services already performed.

For example:

  • Where work has not started, a request may be assessed according to the applicable order terms and any committed costs.

  • Where campaign preparation or configuration has begun, the work completed and resources committed may be considered.

  • Where a campaign has been executed, the completed service and agreed deliverables may be considered.

  • Where a campaign cannot be performed as agreed because of a service failure attributable to Arjuna Group, the matter will be assessed under the relevant agreement and applicable law.

We do not guarantee specific open rates, click rates, conversions, sales, revenue, inbox placement, or other commercial results unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customers remain responsible for the legality of their recipient lists, campaign content, marketing permissions, and compliance with applicable email marketing requirements.

8. Refunds for Consulting, Training, and Professional Services

Consulting, technical audits, implementation, training, and other professional services may involve time-based work, research, analysis, meetings, reports, configurations, or customized deliverables.

Refund requests will be assessed according to the agreed scope, payment milestones, work completed, deliverables supplied, and applicable legal requirements.

Where a project has not started, cancellation may be considered under the relevant quotation or agreement.

Where work has already begun, the amount attributable to completed work, committed resources, and any agreed cancellation terms may be considered.

Where a deliverable materially fails to meet expressly agreed requirements, customers should contact us with a description of the issue so that we can assess the appropriate remedy.

No provision of this policy removes any applicable statutory right or remedy.

9. Software, APIs, and Online Tools

Some software, API, or online-tool services may involve account activation, subscription access, usage allowances, processing credits, or other digital functionality.

Refund eligibility may depend on whether access has been activated, whether usage has begun, whether processing credits have been consumed, and the terms of the applicable purchase.

If a purchased service is unavailable or materially defective, customers should contact us with details of the problem.

We will assess the issue and any appropriate correction, replacement, extension, refund, or other remedy according to the applicable agreement and law.

Any specific rules concerning unused credits, subscription periods, or digital-service cancellations should be disclosed in the relevant service terms before purchase.

10. Cancellation Requests

Customers who wish to cancel a service should contact us at:

Email: arjunagroup.in@gmail.com

The request should include:

  • Customer or business name.

  • Registered account email address, if applicable.

  • Invoice number, order reference, or service identifier.

  • The service to be cancelled.

  • The requested cancellation date.

  • Any relevant explanation or supporting information.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify the account or confirm that the person submitting the request is authorized to act for the customer.

A cancellation request does not necessarily take effect immediately. Its effective date will depend on the applicable agreement, billing arrangement, service type, and any mandatory legal requirements.

Customers should retain our written confirmation of the cancellation for their records.

11. Recurring Services and Subscription Cancellation

Some services may be offered on a recurring or subscription basis.

Where a subscription or recurring arrangement applies, the billing frequency, renewal conditions, cancellation procedure, and any applicable notice period should be stated in the relevant service agreement or order documentation.

Customers who wish to stop future renewals should submit a cancellation request before the applicable renewal date.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement or required by law, cancellation of a recurring service generally applies to future service periods and does not automatically refund charges for a period that has already started.

If a subscription has already renewed, the customer may request a review of the charge. Any refund will be assessed under the applicable subscription terms and law.

Customers should not assume that deleting an account, stopping server usage, or ceasing to send email automatically cancels a paid subscription.

12. Cancellation of Dedicated Servers and Managed Hosting

Dedicated servers and managed hosting may involve infrastructure allocation, IP address assignment, software licenses, third-party commitments, provisioning work, and ongoing resource reservations.

Cancellation terms may therefore differ from those for one-time consulting or verification services.

Customers should review the specific contract for:

  • Billing cycles and renewal dates.

  • Minimum commitments, if any.

  • Required cancellation notice.

  • Server decommissioning arrangements.

  • Data export and migration options.

  • Any agreed early-termination charges.

  • The handling of information remaining on the service after termination.

No minimum contract period, early-termination charge, or non-refundable commitment should be assumed unless it is stated in the applicable agreement and permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for arranging the export of their data before a service is terminated where an export facility is available.

13. Non-Refundable Costs and Completed Services

Certain services may involve costs or work that cannot reasonably be reversed once incurred.

Depending on the service and the agreed terms, these may include completed consulting work, completed campaign execution, infrastructure provisioning, third-party license costs, dedicated resource allocation, consumed API credits, or other work specifically authorized by the customer.

Where the applicable agreement provides for non-refundable costs, we will apply those terms subject to mandatory legal requirements.

A cost is not automatically non-refundable simply because it was incurred. Refund eligibility will be assessed according to the contract, the circumstances, and applicable law.

14. Situations That May Not Qualify for a Refund

Subject to mandatory legal rights and any express contractual commitments, a refund may not be available in circumstances such as:

  • The customer changes their mind after the agreed service has been delivered.

  • The service was provided according to the agreed specifications, but the customer did not achieve the expected commercial result.

  • A customer fails to use an available service during the paid period.

  • The customer supplies inaccurate information or fails to provide necessary access or cooperation.

  • A service is suspended because of the customer's material breach of applicable terms.

  • A customer violates applicable anti-spam rules or uses the service for unauthorized activity.

  • A third-party email provider rejects messages despite the service being supplied as agreed.

  • A customer fails to follow relevant technical instructions or uses an unsupported configuration.

These examples are not absolute exclusions. Each request will be assessed according to the applicable agreement, the facts, and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Service Problems, Complaints, and Technical Support

If you believe that a purchased service is defective, unavailable, incomplete, or materially different from the agreed scope, please contact us before submitting a refund request where reasonably practicable.

Please provide:

  • The order or invoice reference.

  • A clear description of the problem.

  • The date and time when the issue occurred.

  • Relevant error messages or diagnostic results.

  • Any troubleshooting already performed.

  • Supporting documentation reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

We may investigate the issue, request further information, and determine whether a correction, replacement service, additional support, extension, refund, or other remedy is appropriate.

The availability of a particular remedy will depend on the relevant service agreement and applicable law.

Customers should avoid including passwords, API keys, or other confidential credentials in ordinary support communications.

16. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

arjunagroup.in@gmail.com

Please use the subject line:

Refund Request – [Order or Invoice Number]

Include the following information:

  1. Your name or business name.

  2. Your registered account email address, if applicable.

  3. The invoice number or order reference.

  4. The service purchased.

  5. The payment date and amount.

  6. The reason for the refund request.

  7. Relevant supporting information.

We may request additional details where necessary to verify the transaction, investigate a service issue, or assess eligibility.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically mean that the request has been approved.

We will review the request and communicate the decision or any required next steps.

17. Refund Review and Processing

Refund requests will be reviewed individually.

The review may consider the applicable service terms, payment records, work completed, service activation, technical evidence, customer communications, third-party costs, and any applicable statutory requirements.

If a refund is approved, we will communicate the approved amount and the intended method of repayment.

Where practicable, refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we may discuss an alternative method with the customer, subject to verification and applicable requirements.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and payment method.

Any refund-processing timeframe stated in an applicable agreement or communicated when approving the refund will be followed subject to applicable law.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or a service has not been supplied as agreed, please contact arjunagroup.in@gmail.com so that we can review the matter.

Customers retain the right to contact their payment provider or financial institution where appropriate.

We may provide relevant invoices, order confirmations, service records, and communications to a payment provider when responding to a legitimate payment dispute, subject to applicable law.

A payment dispute does not remove any rights or obligations that apply under the relevant agreement or law.

19. Customer Data Following Cancellation

After cancellation or termination, the handling of customer information will be governed by the applicable service agreement, Privacy Policy, any Data Processing Agreement, and applicable law.

Customers should export or retrieve their data before termination where the service provides that option.

Depending on the service, technical limitations, legal obligations, backup arrangements, and agreed retention periods, some information may remain temporarily in operational systems, logs, or backups.

We will assess deletion or retention according to the applicable requirements and our actual service arrangements.

Customers should not assume that cancellation immediately removes every stored copy of information.

20. International Customers and Mandatory Legal Rights

Arjuna Group operates from India and may provide services to customers in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.

Refund, cancellation, subscription, and digital-service requirements may differ depending on the customer's location, the nature of the transaction, and the applicable law.

Certain jurisdictions may provide mandatory cancellation periods, refund rights, remedies for defective services, or other protections that cannot be waived by contract.

Where such requirements apply, this policy will be interpreted subject to those mandatory rights.

Customers should contact us if they believe a specific consumer protection or statutory refund right applies to their purchase.

21. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our services, billing practices, customer agreements, business operations, or applicable law.

Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.

Where required by law or contract, we will provide appropriate notice before applying a material change to an existing customer arrangement.

The version applicable to a particular purchase may also depend on the terms accepted at the time of the transaction and any mandatory legal requirements.
